ANC 2028 is the Australian Navy Cadets Passage Plan to 2028. The plan outlines our ethos, our objectives, our priorities and where we will focus our effort until the end of 2028. ANC 2028 is unashamedly 'cadet-centric'; it recognises that cadets are the reason the ANC exists and the focus of everything we do.
