Are you ready to step outside your comfort zone and experience dynamic and thrilling activities and challenges?

Whether it’s sailing, powerboating, on board a tall ship or any of our other exciting learning opportunities, cadets will experience the value of teamwork, build self-confidence, leadership and comradery, all undertaken in a safe and encouraging environment.

Activities in the ANC are generally designed for cadets to work in unison to achieve a common goal.  Activity Based Learning is fundamental to the cadet experience where they conduct team building activities which teaches cadets to appreciate the strengths and contributions of every team member.

Sailing a dinghy, a powerboat or on board a Tall Ship isn’t just a lot of fun, it’s a great way to learn about the maritime environment, improve communication and problem-solving skills, and encourages cadets to build resilience, determination and adaptability.

As part of the broader Navy family, cadets may get to visit Royal Australian Navy Ships, Submarines and Bases, giving them insight into Australia’s military capability.
