The course introduces you the basics of physical fitness and wellbeing content. It covers various topics that support physical fitness, such as sleeping well, mental health, and making positive choices.

The Physical Fitness and Wellbeing Elective is designed as a blended program of face-to-face and self-directed learning in the community and facilitator-led Unit based activity. During this elective, you will be asked to answer questions and undertake activities to show your facilitator you understand how to apply this knowledge. These activities are designed to master your knowledge and skill development.
